Carissa Reiniger (She/Her) is the Founder & CEO of Silver Lining, a company on a mission to change the global economy
one small business at a time. She founded Silver Lining in 2005 and created silv=r™ grounded in behavior-change
science. To date, more than 17,000 small business owners in 80 countries have used silv=r™ to set and achieve their
growth goals. In 2021, Carissa launched Silver Lining Capital, an initiative that gives small business owners access to
capital based 100% on the behavioral data in the silv=r™ Platform. Silver Lining advocates for economic justice and
believes that small businesses are essential to building a fair and inclusive global economy. Their data proves that when
