Membership Terms & Conditions
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between aspiHer Women’s Business Club (“the Club”) and the undersigned member (“Member”). By signing this Agreement or enrolling in a membership plan, the Member agrees to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Liability Waiver
The Member understands and agrees that participation in any events, activities, programs, or services, whether held on Club premises or elsewhere, is voluntary and at the Member’s own risk.
The Club, its owners, staff, speakers, facilitators, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, accident, illness, or damages arising from participation in any such activities. This includes but is not limited to workshops, networking events, speaker sessions, and social gatherings.
The Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Club and its representatives from any claims or legal actions resulting from their participation.
Privacy and Security Policy
The Club is committed to protecting your privacy. The Member’s personal information, including name, contact information, and payment details, will be used solely for:
-Sending updates about events, programs, and opportunities related to the Club
-Managing membership and billing
-Internal Club communications
The Club will not sell, share, or distribute Member information to third parties without consent, except where required by law. All data is stored securely and in compliance with applicable privacy regulations.
Termination and Refund Policy
Membership may be cancelled by the Member with 30 days’ notice in writing. Refunds are not issued for partial months. Annual membership refunds will be pro-rated at the monthly rate without the annual discount, less a $100 administration fee.
The Club reserves the right to terminate membership at its discretion for violation of this Agreement or any conduct deemed harmful to the community.
6. Code of Conduct
Members agree to maintain professionalism, respect, and confidentiality when engaging with fellow members and participating in Club activities. Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By signing below or electronically submitting this agreement, the Member acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement.
