The Gryph is a Calgary-based made-to-measure and bespoke womenswear brand founded by Claudine Adlington, created around a simple belief: clothing should bedesigned to fit the woman, not require the woman to fit the clothing.

After more than 25 years in executive leadership, mentoring women and navigating professional environments, Claudine saw firsthand how much energy
women spend trying to conform to expectations that were never built around them. That experience shaped her belief that getting dressed should feel personal, empowering and expressive, rather than frustrating or limiting.

The inspiration behind The Gryph is also deeply personal. Inspired by her son and the belief that individuality should be celebrated rather than hidden, Claudine built the brand around seeing women as they are. That philosophy extends beyond measurements and fabric. Every appointment begins with a conversation about lifestyle, confidence, personal style, ambitions and how each woman wants to feel when she walks into a room.
