I work with purpose-oriented professionals who strive to contribute to something larger than themselves. These leaders hold themselves to high standards and often operate in high-pressure environments. What I’ve noticed through my work is that many of these courageous women have, at least partially, lost themselves. Their core is still intact. Yet the cumulative impact of external pressures — meeting expectations, fitting into cultures and circumstances — has gradually eroded them around the edges. I wholeheartedly believe that whatever someone aspires to become — a stronger leader, more resilient under pressure, more inspiring, a clearer communicator, a better listener, more empathetic — it all starts with knowing who you are. Consciously and subconsciously. My work involves the assistance of horses. Through their candid, unfiltered mirroring, people are invited to explore who they truly are: the values they hold dear and the principles that guide them. They get to rediscover the parts of themselves that may have been worn away — and intentionally integrate them into who they aspire to become.
