Kelsey is the CEO and Co-Founder of Monark, the world’s first Leadership Relationship Management (LRM) platform, which aims to transform new and middle managers into the leaders of tomorrow. With a background as a college athlete, she has developed a deep passion for human behavior and leadership, dedicating 15 years to studying, hiring, assessing, and advising leaders. Kelsey is also a published leadership author, and under her guidance, Monark has grown to a team of 15 across North America, with $3 million in capital raised. Prior to founding Monark, Kelsey was the Managing Director of Research at Viewpoint Group, an investment organization in Calgary. She holds an MSc in Organizational Behavior from Queen’s University and serves on the Calgary Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, where she chairs the Finance, Audit, Investment, and Risk Committee.
