SUMMARY:aspiHer Power Stage Speaker: Victoria Sopik
DESCRIPTION:“How I Built a Global Business While Raising Eight Children!”\nCEO and Co-founder at Kids & Company\, GLOBAL Business Leader\, Strategic Visionary\, Multiple AWARD-WINNING Entrepreneur\n  \nAs one of Canada’s most successful woman entrepreneurs\, Victoria Sopik is an award-winning industry leader who has built a global multi-million-dollar business that first started out in her backyard. \nHow did this mother of eight children do it? By tapping right into an innate sense of who she was and what she cared about — children and parenting\, Victoria embraced and empowered herself with the theme that was already shaping her life to transform the landscape and delivery of childcare on a very large scale. \n  \nSpeaker Info\nVictoria is CEO and co-founder of Kids & Company\, the first and only operation in Canada to offer guaranteed corporate-sponsored childcare which caught the attention and support of big players such as CIBC\, Royal Bank\, Deloitte\, Ernst and Young\, Rogers and Scotia Bank. The KidCo Model addressed the untapped demand for flexible childcare in the workplace\, and the struggle working parents face to maintain a balance between providing the best care they can for their children and their professional goals and demands. \nAs a result\, Kids & Company has enjoyed phenomenal national and international growth. Since 2002 it has evolved from a single childcare center in Toronto scaling up to 200 locations in Halifax\, Ottawa\, Winnipeg\, Calgary\, Edmonton\, and Vancouver and in the U.S. in Chicago\, New York\, St. Louis\, and Boston. In 2018\, Kids & Company became part of Grandir International Childcare Group where the company also has a strong presence in Europe. \n  \nFor more info contact:\nvsopik@kidsandcompany.com

SUMMARY:aspiHer Power Stage Speaker: Nicole Schaefer
DESCRIPTION:Becoming Your Whole Self\n“How values-driven\, high achieving women in business can find their edge without losing their soul”\nI work with purpose-oriented professionals who strive to contribute to something larger than themselves. These leaders hold themselves to high standards and often operate in high-pressure environments. What I’ve noticed through my work is that many of these courageous women have\, at least partially\, lost themselves. Their core is still intact. Yet the cumulative impact of external pressures — meeting expectations\, fitting into cultures and circumstances — has gradually eroded them around the edges. I wholeheartedly believe that whatever someone aspires to become — a stronger leader\, more resilient under pressure\, more inspiring\, a clearer communicator\, a better listener\, more empathetic — it all starts with knowing who you are. Consciously and subconsciously. My work involves the assistance of horses. Through their candid\, unfiltered mirroring\, people are invited to explore who they truly are: the values they hold dear and the principles that guide them. They get to rediscover the parts of themselves that may have been worn away — and intentionally integrate them into who they aspire to become. \n  \nContact: \nnicole@spiegelbildcoaching.com \n
