DESCRIPTION:  \nLaughter is medicine\, and with the state of the world right now\, it’s time to fill the prescription. \nDuring the workshop you’ll learn comedy writing techniques\, write some jokes about your experiences as a woman navigating life and business in 2026\, and practice simple nervous system regulation techniques so you don’t pass out on stage while you perform a couple of your jokes in a room full of supportive women. \nYou’ll leave with a smile on your face\, joy in your heart and some new friends who you’ve trauma bonded with. \nAbout Sarah  \nSarah Lerner is a multi-disciplinary mom of five\, who left the corporate world in 2020 and hasn’t looked back since (except when she’s reminiscing about the simple joy of a regular paycheck). \nShe combines her training in Stand-up comedy\, nervous system regulation\, Medical Qigong (yes\, that’s energy medicine) together with her years of experience working in finance and strategy to help corporate women and organizations create lasting change through coaching and teambuilding programs. \n
