Dr. Chika C. Daniels, PhD., MRAIC, NOMA, RIBA is a distinguished professional who exemplifies the modern-day woman, balancing a dynamic career, ministry, business, and family. She serves as the Outreach Manager in The Office of the Premier (Government of Alberta) and imparts her knowledge as an educator at the University of Calgary and Athabasca University. With over 17 years of experience across diverse industries—including Investment Management, Private Equity, Business Advisory & Development, Project & Client Management, and Community Advocacy—Dr. Daniels has successfully built and managed multiple businesses and ventures. Her business acumen and perfectionist mindset have led to significant achievements, earning her nominations and awards such as the Calgary Black Achievement Business & Entrepreneurship Award (2022 & 2023) and a nomination for the Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada and Top 40 Under 40 in 2023.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Dr. Daniels co-pastors Omega Fire Ministries in Calgary, where her dedication to her pastoral duties inspired the creation of WTAL Canada.
